How much will my re-roof cost?
Every roof's different, so we quote each job in person — free, written and no-obligation. We come out, measure up, talk through your material and colour options, and give you a clear price with no surprises. Book your free measure & quote here.
How long does a re-roof take?
Most residential re-roofs take days, not weeks, once we start — weather depending. We'll give you a timeframe with your quote and keep your home watertight the whole way through.
Do I need building consent to re-roof?
Re-roofing with a comparable material is often exempt from building consent, but not every job qualifies. We'll confirm exactly what applies to your roof when we quote, so you're never caught out.
What about the West Coast weather?
We roof in one of the wettest towns in the country — about 2,500 mm of rain a year. We plan every job around the forecast, never leave your roof open overnight, and spec long-run Colorsteel because it's made for exactly these conditions (we're accredited Dridex installers).
Do you only do full re-roofs?
Not at all — we handle repairs, leaks, flashings and spouting & guttering too. No job's too small to ring about.
Which colour should I pick?
Darker tones like Ironsand and FlaxPod are Coast favourites, but it's your home — browse the colour range above, and we'll bring physical samples with your quote so you can see them on your house in real light.
